How do I connect my Apple Watch to the healthmov app?
To connect your Apple Watch to healthmov App to track your progress steps & fitness follow the below steps :
- On Home, select Settings (Cog icon in top right hand corner) then tap on the relevant Fitness Connection or Sleep Connection option
- On the Fitness or Sleep Connection screen select With a device.
- Tap on Setup alongisde Apple Watch.
- Select all data that you want to sync.
- Select Allow to give permission to the app
- Choose Open Healthmov app to go back to the app and click refresh.
- Your Fitness or Sleep will be updated after a few seconds.
- You must keep your phone with you for it to collect your steps or sleep and open daily to sync your data
