Your Sleep page shows the measures below under Measures. They come from the sleep source you connected, and each one appears only when that source provides it. All values are shown in hours and minutes.
Sleep Goal
Your target sleep time for the night. It is the time between the bedtime and wake-up time of your sleep schedule, or 7 hours if no schedule is set. If you use the Healthmov phone sleep tracker, you can change it with Edit Sleep Schedule on your Sleep page.
Sleep Duration
The total time you slept that night, as recorded by your source.
Last 7 Days Average
Your average sleep per night, calculated from the night shown and your most recent earlier nights with sleep data (up to 7, within the last 30 days). Nights without data are skipped, not counted as zero.
Last 7 Days Total
Your total sleep over those same nights.
