About the Challenge

The 30-Day Streak Challenge is all about consistency and commitment! The goal is simple - stay active by completing a minimum of 7,000 steps each day for 30 days.

How does it work?

Each day, participants need to walk or move enough to complete 7,000 steps. You can achieve this through walking, running, workouts, dancing, or any other activity that contributes to your daily movement goal.

How is it tracked?

Your activity is automatically tracked using Apple Health, Health Connect, Healthmov Step Tracker, or compatible wearables like Garmin or Fitbit.
Make sure your app or device is connected so your daily steps are synced and counted toward your streak.

How do Health Points work?

  • Daily Goal: Earn 10 Health Points each day you complete your 7,000-step goal.

  • Streak Bonus: Complete all 30 days of the challenge to earn a bonus of 500 Health Points!

Your points will automatically appear in your Healthmov account once your activity is verified and challenge is completed. Keep moving, consistency pays off!
