How can I join the challenge?

You are already a part of the challenge. To check your progress, you can:

1. Click on the Points Challenge card on your homepage, or

2. Go to Challenges and click on the Points Challenge card

3. Check your position on the leaderboard

What should I do if my points aren’t updating?

If you have earned points from activities or challenges completed in the app and notice that your points are not updating, please write to us at support@healthmov.com

Our support team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

How do I earn points in the Company Points Challenge?

You earn points by completing the health & wellbeing activities available in the Healthmov app. These activities may include :

• Health scans

• Personal or group challenges

• Assessments

• Quizzes

• Spin the wheel and other in-app activities

Each completed activity contributes points towards your total challenge score. The more active you are on the app, the more points you will earn.

Is manual point entry allowed?

No. To ensure fairness, manual point entry is not allowed.

Points are awarded automatically based on verified activity completion within the Healthmov app and connected devices.

What happens when I join the points challenge late?

As the Company Points Challenge is an auto-submission challenge, you were already a part of the challenge, but your activities may not have been completed or synced.

We allow you to sync eligible activity data for the past 7 days, which means points earned from completed activities during the previous 7 days will be reflected on the leaderboard.

However, if you join after 7 days from the challenge start date, points from the first few days of the challenge will not be counted in your total score.

How often is the leaderboard updated?

The leaderboard is typically updated in real-time or at regular intervals throughout the day to reflect your latest points and ranking.

Can I participate in multiple challenges simultaneously?

Yes, you can participate in multiple challenges at the same time.

Your completed activities and earned points may count toward multiple challenges, depending on the challenge rules.

Is there a prize or reward for winning the points challenge?

Yes, each challenge is coming with prizes or rewards.
