About the Challenge
AThe Dubai 30x30 Streak Challenge is all about consistency challengeand designed to get you moving every single day!commitment! The goal is tosimple complete— stay active by completing onea continuousminimum 30-minuteof workout7,000 sessionsteps each day for 30 days during the Dubai Fitness Challenge.Challenge (1–30 November) .

How does it work?
Each day, youparticipants need to complete a single workout session lasting 30 minuteswalk or moremove enough to complete 7,000 steps. ActivitiesYou can includeachieve this through walking, running, cycling, gym workouts, dancing,dancing or any other workoutactivity that cancontributes beto trackedyour fordaily duration.movement goal.

How is it tracked?
Your activity mustis beautomatically recorded through a continuous duration-based workouttracked using Apple Health, Health Connect, Healthmov Step Tracker, or compatible wearables like Garmin or Fitbit.Fitbit. EnsureMake sure your deviceapp or appdevice tracksis workoutconnected time,so notyour just totaldaily steps orare movementsynced throughoutand thecounted day.toward your streak.

Why join this challenge?

This challenge is all about building consistency and commitment! Complete all 30 days to maintain your streak. Participants who complete the full challenge will qualify for the prize draw and one winner will be selected to receive a Garmin watch.

Terms & Conditions

• A minimum of 100 registered participants is required for Garmin prizes to be awarded.
  

• If multiple participants complete the full streak, a single winner will be selected at random to receive the Garmin prize.

• Winners will be determined based on verified activity data recorded in the Healthmov app during the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

• Each participant is eligible to win only one prize during the campaign.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Healthmov reserves the right to verify activity logs and disqualify any fraudulent or manipulated entries.

• In case of any disputes, Healthmov’s decision will be final.

• By participating, users agree to Healthmov’s standard terms of use and privacy policy.
